Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how the German EUC Riding mobile game ("the App", "we", "us") handles information. It is short, because there is almost nothing to explain.

1. Information stored on your device

The App saves the following locally on your device only, in its private app storage. This data is never transmitted anywhere:

• Your settings (language, sound switches, mirrored controls).
• Your best score, in-game money and wheel upgrades, and whether the tutorial hints have been shown.

You can erase this data at any time by clearing the App's storage in your device settings or by uninstalling the App.

2. Information we do not collect

• No personal information of any kind: no name, e-mail address, contacts, location or device identifiers.
• No advertising — the App contains no ad network and never will.
• No analytics, crash reporting or usage statistics.
• No account, login or cloud sync.
• No network access: the App does not request the internet permission on Android.

3. App store

The App is distributed through the Google Play Store. Installing it and any statistics Google shows us in aggregate (such as install counts) are governed by Google's Privacy Policy. The App itself contains no Google services.

4. Children's privacy

The App is intended for a general audience. Because it collects no data, it collects no data from children either.

5. Your rights

Under laws such as the GDPR you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data relating to you. We hold none, so there is nothing to request; everything the App stores is on your own device and under your control.

6. Changes to this policy

Should the App ever change in a way that affects this policy, we will update this page and revise the "Last updated" date at the top.
